Influenza-like illness remains at normal levels

Flu levels continue to be normal for this time of year on campus and in Kingston, but students, faculty and staff are encouraged to get vaccinated against both H1N1 and the seasonal flu if you haven't already had the shots.

Immunization is the best way to protect yourself from these viruses. Both vaccines are available to students by appointment at Student Health Services.

It's also really important to keep washing your hands, using hand sanitizer, keeping a social distance from those who are sick, and coughing and sneezing into your sleeve.

Updated academic guidelines for faculty were distributed February 22, 2010.
