Lidija Latifovic successfully defends her MSc thesis
On Friday June 20, 2014, MSc candidate Lidija Latifovic successfully defended her MSc thesis to the Department of Public Health Sciences. Lidija's thesis title was The influence of alcohol consumption, smoking and physical activity on peripheral blood leukocyte telomere length. She was supervised by Drs. Will King and Tom Massey, and her examiners were Drs. Cheryl King-VanVlack (Rehabilitation Therapy), Louise Winn (Biomedical Sciences), Ian Janssen (PHS), and Heather Stuart (PHS). Lidija has gained employment with Cancer Care Ontario as a Research Assistant. Congratulations Lidija.
