Alberta Health Services Alberta Health Services is focused on provided a patient-focused, quality health system that is accessible and sustainable for all Albertans.
British Columbia Health Authorities The Health Authorities work alongside the Ministry of Health to provide quality, appropriate and timely health services to British Columbians.
Canadian Public Health Association The Canadian Public Health Association (CPHA) is the national, independent, not-for-profit, voluntary association representing public health in Canada. CPHA’s members believe in universal and equitable access to the basic conditions which are necessary to achieve health for all Canadians.
Cancer Care Ontario Cancer Care Ontario is the provincial agency responsible for continually improving cancer services. As the government’s cancer advisor, Cancer Care Ontario works to reduce the number of people diagnosed with cancer, and make sure patients receive better care every step of the way.
CATIE CATIE is Canada’s source for up-to-date, unbiased information about HIV and hepatitis C. CATIE connects people living with HIV or hepatitis C, at-risk communities, healthcare providers and community organizations with the knowledge, resources and expertise to reduce transmission and improve quality of life.
Centre for Addiction and Mental Health The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is Canada's largest mental health and addiction teaching hospital, as well as one of the world's leading research centres in the area of addiction and mental health. CAMH combines clinical care, research, education, policy development and health promotion to help transform the lives of people affected by mental health and addiction issues.
Community Care Access Centres The Community Care Access Centres (CCACs) connect individuals with the care they need, at home and in the community.
Community Health Centres CHCs work with individuals, families and communities to strengthen their capacity to take more responsibility for their health and wellbeing. They provide education and advice on helping families access the resources they need from other community agencies. CHCs work together with others on health promotion initiatives within schools, in housing developments, and in the workplace. They link families with support and self-help groups that offer peer education, support in coping, or are working to address conditions that affect health.
Health Canada Health Canada is the Federal department responsible for helping Canadians maintain and improve their health, while respecting individual choices and circumstances.
Heart and Stroke Foundation The Heart and Stroke Foundation, a volunteer-based health charity, leads in eliminating heart disease and stroke and reducing their impact through the advancement of research and its application, the promotion of healthy living and advocacy.
Horizon Health Network New Brunswick Horizon Health Network plays a significant role in research, innovation, education and health and wellness.
KFL&A Public Health Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox & Addington Public Health is an accredited local public health agency with over 200 staff and 150 volunteers who deliver public health programs and services to the people of the KFL& A area.
Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs) The LHINs are the organizations in Ontario that bring together health care partners from the following sectors: hospitals, community care, community support services, community mental health and addictions, community health centres and long-term care – to develop innovative, collaborative solutions leading to more timely access to high quality services for the residents of Ontario. 
Manitoba Health Manitoba Health is a provincial government department that overseas health care services available to Manitobans.
Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux Québec  The Ministère aims to maintain, improve, and restore the health and well-being of Quebecers in order to contribute to an increase in social and economic development.
Ministry of Health and Long Term Care The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care is working to establish a patient-focused, results-driven, integrated and sustainable publicly funded health system. Its plan for building a sustainable public health care system in Ontario is based on helping people stay healthy, delivering good care when people need it, and protecting the health system for future generations.
National Aboriginal Health Organization NAHO is a national not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual health of First Nations, Inuit and Métis individuals, families and communities. 
Newfoundland Labrador Department of Health and Community Services This government department provides a leadership role in many different areas of health, policy and community service
Northwest Territories Department of Health and Social Services The Department of Health and Social Services focuses on promoting healthy choices, protecting public health, preventing illness and disease and protecting children at risk from abuse. 
Nova Scotia Department of Health and Wellness This governmental body aims to provide programs and services to protect, promote and treat the health for Nova Scotians.
Nunavut Health and Social Services The Department of Health and Social Services work to improve the health and wellbeing of Nunavummiut through culturally appropriate programs and services.
Ontario Harm Reduction Distribution Program The Ontario Harm Reduction Distribution Program provides harm reduction materials, as well as knowledge and support, to Ontario’s needle exchange and harm reduction programs.
The Ontario HIV Treatment Network The Ontario HIV Treatment Network is a collaborative network of researchers, health service providers, policy makers, community members and people with HIV who work together to promote excellence and innovation in HIV treatment, research, education in Ontario.
Public Health Ontario Public Health Ontario (PHO) is an arm's-length government agency dedicated to protecting and promoting the health of all Ontarians and reducing inequities in health. As a hub organization, PHO links public health practitioners, front-line health workers and researchers to the best scientific intelligence and knowledge from around the world.
Public Health Units Health units administer health promotion and disease prevention programs to inform the public about healthy life-styles, communicable disease control including education in STDs/AIDS, immunization, food premises inspection, healthy growth and development including parenting education, health education for all age groups and selected screening services.
