Queen's Postal Services (QPS) is the internal mail carrier at Queen's University, handling internal mail, outgoing mail and packages. QPS currently provides pickup and delivery to over 80 campus locations daily and provides next-day delivery for internal mail. In the spirit of continual improvement QPS recently conducted an online survey of Queen's personnel to set benchmarks for current service, evaluate the demand for increased and alternate services, identify and address any concerns held by Queen’s faculty and staff, and to enable effective communication between QPS and Queen’s personnel.
The survey uncovered several issues which QPS will be addressing over the next few months in order to better serve the university. One of the immediate results of the survey has been to address the demand for increased security on campus.
