Queen’s University has partnered with CDW Canada to provide special pricing on a variety of items including Computers, Mobile Devices, and various accessories.

Please note the following:
• For any item showing an Availability other than “In Stock” (i.e. 3-6 business days) please email -QueensU@cdw.ca to confirm the ETA.
• Dell products are to be ordered directly through Dell unless your Dell Representative has given their approval to purchase through CDW

Returns (RMA Requests)
• For all RMA/CSR issues please email the CDW team at QueensU@cdw.ca. Please include your Queen’s PO # (i.e. APO####), CDW Part # and a description of the issue. This will ensure the quickest response as the email is monitored by the account team
Packaging Showing Damage. Please refuse any shipments where the package appears to be damaged and notify your account team via email at QueensU@cdw.ca so a replacement order can be entered.
Merchandise Damaged in Transit. Shipments that have been received where product has been physically damaged must be reported within 48 hours of receipt so a freight claim can be entered with the courier. Please email your account team at QueensU@cdw.ca with a description and photos of the damage. Please include photos of the item and packaging.
Defective Product Returns. Customer may return most defective products directly to the Seller within 30 days from the invoice date (21 days for Lenovo) as long as a manufacturer’s tech support case # is provided at the time of the RMA request. To obtain a case # please call the manufacturer’s tech support line included with the product’s documentation. After 30 days (21 days for Lenovo), the manufacturer warranty applies.
Returned Products Must Be Complete. All Products MUST BE returned one hundred percent (100%) complete, including all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Manufacturer packaging must be in pristine condition, no markings or writing or damages. CDW Canada reserves the right to refuse the return of incomplete Products. In addition, CDW Canada may charge a minimum twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for returns that are accepted.

 Queen's has established standard configurations for Desktops, Laptops, Tablets and Accessories that are available through Dell Canada.  In addition, Dell branded products should be purchased directly from Dell Canada.
