This service is provided provided through Queen's University RFQ 2012-086-EL and agreement 2012-215-DSE-1 with a start date of December 1, 2012 for a period of 3 years with an option for Queen’s to extend the contract for another 2 years on the same terms and conditions.

Scope of work:

• Scheduled movement of furniture and items as required.
• Scheduled movement of heavy items as required.
• Furniture set-up and removal for scheduled events such as convocations, exams, conferences as required.
• Unscheduled/emergency moving services as required. (With minimum same day response, preferably < 2 hours).
• Pickup and delivery of campus electronic waste as per Electronic Waste Disposal procedures as per Queen's University

Purtell Cartage can supply small trucks or vans with drivers and 1 to 5 movers.

For larger office, laboratory or library moves consider the CAUBO agreement with AMJ Campbell Van Lines.
