Research Initiation Grants (RIGs)
The Research Initiation Grant (RIG) program is designed to provide a one-time start-up research Project (account) for new academic appointees for a limited period of time (normally a maximum of 3 years – see guidelines for eligibility requirements)
These guidelines replace the previous guidelines of 1998 (revised January 16, 2012).
