Operational Review Committee

This Committee will review all proposals for operational initiatives, at the request of the Vice-Principals' Operations Committee. The Operational Review Committee will consider all documentation related to, and make recommendations in respect of, any operational initiative it is asked to review. This Committee is accountable to the Vice Principals' Operations Committee and is responsible for ensuring: institutional-wide considerations are discussed; a budget unit is identified for any residual liability that exists; project leads are assigned; timelines are agreed upon; risks are assessed; project costs are clearly outlined; and progress is monitored through to completion. Proposals will be in the areas of infrastructure investments, personnel and human resource matters, major projects in all portfolios that have an institutional-wide effect, and any other matters identified by the Vice-Principal's Operations Committee, and within the purview of the Operational Review Committee.
