  5. External Reviewer Nomination Form
  6. External Review
  7. Internal Response
  8. Submission to Senate by Faculty Board(s)
  9. Approval by Senate Committee on Academic Development (SCAD)
  10. Approval by Senate
  11. Submission by Provost’s Office to QC for approval
  12. Submission to Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities for funding purposes
  13. Monitoring of the program by the University
  14. Cyclical review within 8 years of first enrolment
