My name is Vanessa Khu and I am currently in my fourth year at Queen’s completing an (Honours) Arts Degree in psychology. Under the supervision of Dr. Ingrid Johnsrude, I am working on a thesis to further Conor Wild’s findings on the effects of text in the perception of degraded speech.
With a minor in linguistics, I am particularly interested in the overlap of psychology and linguistics. Therefore, after completing my undergraduate degree I plan to pursue a career in speech pathology.
