My name is Miriam Heavenrich and I am currently completing my fourth year in the B Sc. Psychology (honours) program at Queen's. I am working on my undergraduate thesis with Dr. Ingrid Johnsrude, studying how spatial and task switches of attention influence our ability to isolate noise from a complex setting. I love psychology and learning how our brains work, and I am very excited to challenge myself and gain a lot of knowledge through my thesis project. I hope to pursue a future career of working with children and young adults, perhaps as a Speech Language Pathologist or Counsellor.
