DEPARTMENT OFFICES CLOSING DECEMBER 23RD (Candace Hartley)
The Department will be closing for the Holiday Season at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 23, 2010. We will re-open on Monday, January 3, 2011.
Note: the University will close at noon on December 24th, 2010. We wish everyone a safe and happy holiday.

ATTENTION STUDENTS
CFI has recently launched a competition for 2 student science journalism awards worth $2500 apiece. The two student winners of the 'pitch' contest will each receive $2500 to help pay for the research, reporting and crafting of an in-depth journalistic piece about any of the nearly 7,000 research projects that the CFI has funded across Canada. Funds may be used for travel and other reporting expenses and up to $1500 may be retained by the student as a stipend. Deadline for 'pitch' ideas is February 1, 2011. The Department of Psychology at Mount Royal University, Calgary, Alberta invites applications for two tenure-track positions which will commence August 15, 2011.
