2011 APA ADVANCED TRAINING INSTITUTES
APA will sponsor four Advanced training Institutes this summer that provide intensive training in a variety of contemporary research approaches and methods. For details please see flyer or email Nicolle Singer for further information at nsinger@apa.org
TRI-COUNCIL (NSERC, SSHRC, CIHR) WORKSHOP
The Office of Research Services and Financial Services will be offering a training and information session. Both new and existing NSERC, SSHRC, and CIHR grant holders are encouraged to register for this session. Registration is first come, first serve to a maximum of 40 participants. The Social Aetiology of Mental Illness (SAMI) Training Program announces its call for applications for the 2011-2012 research fellowships The minimum requirement to apply is to hold a Master's degree in a relevant area or an MD with research training/experience. Fellows cannot be enrolled full time in an academic program by the start of the 10-week didactic training course that begins the SAMI program.
