Psychosocial aspects of health care experiences in women with vulvovaginal pain: Patient and physician perspectives.

The Ontario Confederation of University Faculty Associations (OCUFA) is pleased to call for applications for the 2014 Henry Mandelbaum Graduate Fellowship. Established in 2011 by the Ontario Confederation of University Faculty Associations to honour their retired Executive Director, the fellowship is awarded to a full-time graduate student at a publicly-assisted Ontario University who has demonstrated academic excellence, shows exceptional academic promise, and has provided significant community service in his/her university career. Financial needs of students may be a selection factor. The successful candidate will be expected to produce and deliver a paper within one year of receiving the award to the OCUFA Board on a topic related to or resulting from his/her thesis or dissertation research. The Ontario Association on Developmental Disabilities (OADD) Research Special Interest Group (RSIG) is inviting proposals for presentations and posters for its annual research conference, to be held Friday, April 11th, 2014 at the Ambassador Conference Resort, Kingston, Ontario. RSIG was formed to provide an opportunity for researchers, professionals, and other interested individuals, working in the field of developmental disabilities to exchange research, ideas, resources, and concerns. We welcome research from all disciplines and areas of research related to developmental disabilities. We accept both quantitative and qualitative research.We are excited to be able to offer on-line submissions this year. The deadline for abstract submissions is January 17th, 2014. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Skills: Leading Collaborative and Effective Therapy Groups February 6 & 7, 2014, Kingston, ON with Michela David, Ph.D., C. Psych. 2014 Sexuality Pre Conference - Society for Personality & Social Psychology Annual Meeting - February 2014. Talks will cover a wide range of topics, including sexual orientation, HIV and behavioural change, sexuality and stigma, as well as sexuality research from endocrinological and evolutionary perspectives. The Faculty of Science at Brandon University invites applications for a tenure stream position in the Department of Psychology at the rank of Assistant Professor. Responsibilities: The successful applicant will teach courses in Research Methods, Advanced Research Methods, and Perception, and will be expected to supervise undergraduate research theses. The Department of Psychology at Bishop’s University(Sherbrooke, Quebec) invites applications for a tenure–track position in Clinical Psychology starting July 1, 2014 (conditional upon funding).  Appointment will be at the Assistant Professor level so applicants must have completed a PhD in Clinical Psychology. The Department of Psychology at the University of Toronto invites applications for a teaching-stream appointment at the rank of Lecturer, effective on or after July 1, 2014. The successful candidate will have the ability to teach a broad range of undergraduate courses from introductory to advanced levels in courses situated in our Brain and Behaviour and related areas. University of Regina, Luther College
invites applications for a two-year term position in Psychology at the Assistant Professor level, starting July 1, 2014, subject to budgetary approval.
