VISITING PROFESSOR - KWANSEI GAKUIN UNIVERSITY
Application deadline is
10 June 2011 to submit applications for the position of Visiting Professor of Canadian Studies at Kwansei Gakuin University in Japan during the 2012-2013 academic year. Please see attached for further details.
FIRST AID TRAINING - SUMMER DATES
The Department of Environmental Health and Safety will be offering First Aid training. These courses are available to Queen's Staff, Faculty and Graduate students. The dates of the courses are:
- June 13 & 14 (Monday, Tuesday)
- July 11 & 12 (Monday, Tuesday)
- July 18 & 19 (Monday, Tuesday)
- August 9 & 10 (Tuesday, Wednesday)
All courses run from
9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., duration is 2 full days. Training will be conducted in Room B176 (Seminar Room) Mac/Corry Hall. You may register for these courses by going to https://www.queensu.ca/safety/courses/firstaid.htm There is no charge to attend for this course, however, a valid account code is required to register. Please note this change in cancellation policy. * We require a minimum of 72 hours notice if you wish to cancel. Departments will be charged $65.00 for cancellations without required notice or for 'no-shows'.
