The Canadian Society for Brain, Behaviour, and Cognitive Science (CSBBCS)
will hold its Annual Meeting at Queen's University from June 7 - 9, 2012. Conference registration and abstract submissions are now open (note that reduced rates for early registrations are in effect until March 15). Further, the Conference Organizers are pleased to offer 20 stipends (value of $50 each) to students enrolled at Queen's University who are first author on a poster or talk presentation to cover either the full cost of the early registration fee ($50 for students who are CSBBCS members) or reduce the regular registration fee ($75). All submissions by Queen's students (undergraduate and graduate) will automatically be entered in this competition, no special application is required. The Ontario Association on Developmental Disabilities' Research Special Interest Group (RSIG) is holding its annual research conference on Thursday, April 19th, 2012 at the Ambassador Conference Resort, Kingston, Ontario. The conference will feature research on developmental/intellectual disabilities (DD/ID) across the lifespan. Registration information click here.  For brochure click here.

Awards available for Canadians - Competition Open: Canada-China Scholars' Exchange Program.  Awards are offered to Canadian citizens pursuing studies/research at the Master's PhD level in subject areas related to China.  Awards are also available to Canadian faculty members pursuing research in subject areas related to China.  Application deadline:  March 12, 2012.  For more information, click here.
