Congratulations to Lisa (Miller) and John Wilberforce upon their arrival of their daughter, Briyanna Madison.  She was born at 3:21p.m. Wednesday, November 17, weighing 8 LBS 1OZ and 22 ½ inches long. Mommy, Daddy and Baby are all doing well.

Congratulations to Monica Castelhano and family.  Monica and Tom are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Sofia Cristina. She was born on Tuesday, November 16 weighing 7 pounds 11 ounces and measuring 22 inches in length!

The After School Respite Program, a social program for teens with intellectual disabilities run through Community Living Kingston, is looking for enthusiastic, talented and responsible young adults who are interested in getting involved in the program. We are looking for volunteers to organize and run programming that is focused on music, movement and physical activity, theatre, art and self-expression. We are very open to different programming opportunities, so if you think you have an idea that you would like to try out, please let us know! Volunteers would need to commit to attending the program once a week for a 4-week block. The program runs every Tuesday and Wednesday from 2:30 to 5:00, and we are looking for volunteers to offer programming from 4:00 to 5:00.The program runs out of the Community Living Office at 1412 Princess Street.
