Department of Psychology Distinguished Speaker - Michael Barnett-Cowan, Ph.D.  Friday October 5, 2:30pm Ellis Auditorium.  Gravity's fundamental role for perception and action. Dr. Barnett-Cowan is an adjunct research professor and a Banting Fellow at Western University's Brain and Mind Institute.  Dr. Barnett-Cowan's main research interests concern how information from different senses affect the perception of space and time.  For more information, please click here.

Queen's University Continuing Professional Development present - "Doc, I Can't Sleep" Saturday, October 20th, 2012 Donald Gordon Centre. Allistair MacLean will be begin the program with Introduction and Welcome at 8:45am. Queen's University, Department of Psychology - invites applications from suitably qualified candidates interested in teaching a course in Psychology PSYC 300/6.0 (50%). This is a winter term appointment for the period January 1, 2013 to April 30, 2013. Applications will be received until October 5, 2012. For more information click here.

The University of Toronto, Department of Psychology -  invites applications for two tenure-stream appointments: one in the field of computational neuroscience, and the other in the field of developmental neuroscience. These appointments will be at the rank of assistant professor and will begin on July 1, 2013.
