2011 TRUDEAU FOUNDATION DOCTORAL SCHOLARSHIPS

The Summer Work Experience Program (SWEP), launched in 1995, is now entering its 16th year. You will need an id and password specific to MyCareer to submit your proposal (post a job). Deadline for submission of SWEP job proposals from employers is November 15, 2010.  Employers will be notified regarding job proposals by December 10, 2010. St. Joseph's Health Care, London, Ontario , is advertising for a full-time, one year contract position for a psychologist to work with an excellent multidisciplinary, disease / pain management team in the Rheumatology Department. The job involves pre-admission assessments, individual and group therapy, disease education, pain management (relaxation training, biofeedback, cognitive therapy, assertive communication), relapse prevention, and treatment follow- up. In addition, the team provides community education for patients and health care professionals re: the treatment of rheumatological conditions (inflammatory arthritis, osteoarthritis, lupus, scleroderma).
