CALL FOR NOMINATIONS FOR ALUMNI AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE IN TEACHING
As the Chair of the 2009/10 Alumni Award for Excellence in Teaching selection committee, I am writing to draw your attention to the annual request for nominations. This award is given annually to a Queen's professor who, in the view of his/her students and colleagues, demonstrates superior abilities as a teacher and commitment to effective learning. The winner receives a statue and $5,000. The deadline for nominations and supporting documentation is February 25, 2011. She will be presenting her film “Hugh Hefner: Playboy, Activist and Rebel” at the Etherington Auditorium. The event is open to all Faculty, Staff, Students and the general public.
