The following faculty members have been elected by the Senate to serve on the following Committees:

  • Ingrid Johnsrude has been elected to serve on the Academic Development Committee (September 1, 2011 to August 31, 2013)
  • Dean Tripp has been elected to serve on the Nominating Committee (September 1, 2011 to August 31, 2013).

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES
Please note the Administrative offices will be  CLOSED on Monday, May 23, 2011 to celebrate the Victoria Day long weekend.  The offices will re-open Tuesday morning, May 24 at 8:30 a.m.

ARTS & SCIENCE VACANCIES (Dean Alistair MacLean)
Effective from 1 July 2011 there are a number of associate deans on F300  will be reduced to three.  In order to accommodate anticipated administrative leave and release-time arrangements there is a vacancy for an Acting Associate Dean (Studies) and for an Acting Associate Dean (both two-year terms).  Nominations should be sent to Dean Alistair MacLean (deanartsci@queensu.ca) by Friday, May 27, 2011.
