Registration
All students wishing to pursue group or private instruction through Queen's Conservatory of Music must first register for instruction. This can be done by returning a completed registration form to QCM by mail or email. Unfortunately at this time registration cannot be completed on-line, but all forms and information necessary for registration are available for download.
Upon receipt of your completed registration form, based on the information you give us, QCM will generate and send you an invoice for all fees (the registration fee will be included on this invoice if you are not an existing member), a letter of agreement to sign and return, and our policy. For students under 18 years of age, documentation will be sent to a parent/guardian and completion of a health form is also necessary for emergency purposes.
