Registration
All students wishing to pursue group or private instruction through Queen's Conservatory of Music must first register for instruction.
Beginning December 10, 2012, online registration is available for Group Classes for the Winter Term 2013 by clicking here. Any inquiries about the online registration system should be directed to tommk@queensu.ca.
Students wishing to register for private lessons must still submit a completed paper registration form to QCM by mail or email. All forms and information necessary for registration are available for download.
Upon receipt of your completed registration form, based on the information you give us, QCM will generate and send you an invoice for all fees (the registration fee will be included on this invoice if you are not an existing member), a letter of agreement to sign and return, and our policy. For students under 18 years of age, documentation will be sent to a parent/guardian and completion of a health form is also necessary for emergency purposes.
