Payments can be made by debit, VISA, Mastercard, cheque or money order. Please make cheques/money orders payable to Queen’s Conservatory of Music.

Payment plans are available as follows:

• Single Payment for the year: payable prior to the beginning of instruction. No service charge. Applies to:

• Private Lessons – All plans
• All Group Classes and Ensembles

• 2 Term Installments: payable in September and January. $4 service charge applies to January payment.

• Private Lessons – Academic Year Plan or Full Year Plan
• Basic Harmony class
• Stringtown Orchestra
• Yamaha JMC 1 and 2 classes

• 3 Term Installments: payable in September, January, April. $4 service charge applies to January and April payments.

• Private Lessons – Full Year Plan only
• Yamaha JMC 1 and 2 classes

• Monthly installments: from September – June. $4 service charge applies to each month after first payment.

• Private Lessons – Flexible Plan (3 installments), Academic Year Plan (8 installments) or Full Year Plan (10 installments)
• Yamaha JMC 1 and 2 classes

 

The first payment of any payment plan is required in full prior to commencement of instruction. Lesson extensions must also be paid in full at time of registration.

Registration and accompanist fees (if applicable) are due with the first payment of any payment plan.

When paying by monthly or term installments, installments will be an equal division of the plan total, and are not representative of how many lessons are taken in any one month or term. Installments must be paid by credit card or post-dated cheques.

All monetary transactions must be made through the QCM office. Students may not give any payment to instructors.
