What's next? Strategic Planning in a Learning Commons with Roger Billings
The pre-conference workshop will combine proven-by-practice strategic planning methods with new insights and ideas from a wide range of current thinking. The workshop will focus on the challenges of strategic planning for units/partners who work within a larger plan (the University’s or College’s overall strategic plan) and within their individual unit’s plans (Learning Skills, Library, Writing Centre, Disability Services, etc.)
