You may pick up your registration package at the following times and places:
- Wednesday, June 16, before the pre-conference workshop with Roger Billings (12-1pm at the 1966 North Reading Room - 3rd floor Douglas Library)
- Wednesday after the pre-conference workshop - at the theStauffer Library Fireplace Reading Room (2nd floor Stauffer Library) - from 4:30pm-6:30pm
- Thursday, June 17, in the morning from 8:15 am - 9:00 am at theDouglas 1966 North Reading Room - 3rd floor Douglas Library
- Otherwise, please find a person with a Help Me button
CLCC5 Registration Fees
Early Registration (Until March 1, 2010): $275.00
Late Registration (Until May 14, 2010): $290.00
The registration fee includes:
- Wednesday evening reception
- All activities on Thursday (keynote, all sessions, breakfast, lunch, and banquet dinner included)
- All activities on Friday (all sessions, keynote, breakfast, and boxed lunch)
Pre-Conference Workshop: $95.00
Individuals may choose to register for the pre-conference workshop only.Cancellation policy:
Cancellation requests must be received by email (clcc5@queensu.ca) by Friday, May 14, 2010. A 100% refund for cancellations prior to March 1st, 2010 (early-bird date) will be provided. A 70% refund will be provided after this date until Friday, May 14, 2010. Since all financial commitments must be made by Friday, May 14, 2010, no refunds are possible after that date.
