Training Available at Queen's University
Queens University offers (and even requires) a variety of safety training courses for Post-Docs. Each department has a designated Safety Officer. You should contact them and ask what courses you may be required to take. You should also visit the Environmental Health & Safety page.
As Post-Docs we all hope to improve and broaden our skills. In the future we hope to have a full section on helping Post-docs make the jump from student to faculty through a range of workshops and how-to sections.
