If you would like to become a Homestay host, please download and complete the inquiry form. You may submit your form using the following methods below.

By email: Save your completed form to your computer and send it as an attachment to soerecep@queensu.ca.
By Fax: Print off the completed form and fax to 613-533-6809.
In person: You may drop off the completed form directly at the School of English office.
By mail: You can send in the completed form to the School of English office.
