2. Is there a different fee for Canadian citizens or residents of Canada?
No, the same fees apply to both Canadian and International students.
3. Who is responsible for paying the handling charges when paying tuition by bank wire transfer?
When paying by a bank wire transfer, the student is responsible for paying the handling charges. Sometimes both banks will impose a transfer fee; one for sending payment and one for receiving.
