Queen's School of English works with selected education agencies and agents. We have several criteria for our education agents, as follows:
Your agency must:
We also encourage affiliations with the relevant education agent governing body in your country and affiliation with NAFSA (Association of International Educators).
While Queen's School of English is pleased to work with agents from all countries, we do not issue contracts or letters of authorization to agents from markets where our student body is already well represented. We understand that the students may pay a fee to such agents for their services, but the School of English does not currently pay any commission to agents in those markets. To determine the eligibility of agents in your market, you may contact us by email before completing the Agent Profile Application form below.
Step 1: Submit a completed agent profile application form to Queen’s School of English (email@example.com).
(DOCX, 2.6 MB)
Step 2: New agent applicants must ensure that at least 2 references contact QSoE within 1 month of submitting their application. Applicants without references will not be considered. Agents must ensure that their references contact us by email with their responses to the questionnaire included in the application form above.
Step 3: If your application is approved, you will receive notification and an agent contract for signing.
Please note that sometimes agents are suitable, but not accepted (i.e. If your agency is from an over-represented area, or if we have an abundance of students from a particular area). Should this be the case, if your application is acceptable, we will let you know and keep your application on file. If you need more information, please contact us by email.
Step 4: Once we receive the signed contract, we will issue an official Certificate of Representation.
Thank you for your interest in representing Queen's School of English.
