If you are ready to begin your recruitment services, please find the following information to assist you throughout the process.
By now, you should have received an Agent Information Guide to help you with your recruitment and marketing efforts. If not, please contact soe@queensu.ca and we will be happy to send you a copy.
1. Complete and submit the online application form for full-time studies/BIP as indicated. Applications received after the application deadline may not be guaranteed acceptance for the current term. Please ensure you include your Agency contact information under the "comments" section on the application form so we can reference your referral.
2. If the student selects homestay as their housing option on the application form, complete a Homestay Application form online. If the student selects residence as their housing option, complete a Residence Application form online.
Both residence and homestay fill quickly. Space can only be guaranteed with full payment while space is still available.
3. Wait for the School of English to send you a student invoice by email. This email will clearly outline the course fees owing for each student you are sending. For more information on the application procedure, please refer to the Application Check List.
Complete the invoice below and email to nadya.maskurova@queensu.ca.

The invoice can be submitted after the first week of the session. .
Once we receive your invoice for commission, we will process the payment accordingly.
