Refund/Cancellation Policy

What is the refund policy if I don’t get a visa?

If you are denied entry into Canada by Canadian officials you will receive a full refund of fees, less an administrative fee of $100 (CAD). You must show proof of your visa refusal and return your original letters of acceptance.

What if I don’t like the program and withdraw (leave)?

EAP and CEE Programs:

Students who cancel from any session before the starting date listed on the application form or before registration, and who return the original acceptance letter, will receive a refund of fees minus a $500 (CAD) cancellation fee for the EAP program ($300 (CAD) for the CEE program).

Students who withdraw (leave the program) after registration and before the end of the first week of classes are eligible for a refund of 60% of the tuition fee. No tuition refunds will be granted after 4 pm on Friday of the first week of classes in any session.

Business Internship Program:

The refund policy is the same as the EAP program detailed above.

Can I transfer my application to a different session if my visa is late?

Yes, you can. You must contact Queen’s School of English by email immediately regarding your visa process. A $10 (CAD) administrative fee will be charged for reissuing acceptance letters.
