Cancellation Policy

All students must adhere to the regular Queen's School of English refund and cancellation policies.

The Residence Contract is a legally binding agreement. Once students receive their keys and take possession of their room they are financially obligated for the residence charges for the full residence period. Prior to picking up the keys this agreement may be cancelled by the student in writing. Students will be subject to a $525 cancellation charge.

All cancellation policies remain standard. Students who cancel their program or residence during any of the three sessions (Fall, Winter or Spring/Summer) will not receive the 10% rebate. Please note, there is a limited number of residence rooms available and it is first-come, first-served. Please apply early to avoid disappointment.
