Tailored programs can be broad or narrow in scope and focus.
We can create general English language programs that cover the four language skills: reading, writing, speaking and listening and include vocabulary expansion, and pronunciation comprehensibility.
Tailored programs can also be very specialized. In the past, we have created tailored English-for-Specific-Purposes programs with courses in English for Business, English for Travel and Tourism, Teaching English-as-a-Second Language, and English for Medical Purposes. We have also worked with other faculties at Queen's to offer tailored programs in specific subjects such as Engineering.
