Program

Arrival Time

Graduating students are asked to be present at least 20 minutes before the ceremony begins. Once students are in proper sequence, they will be led into the hall in single file to their designated seats.

Ceremony Duration

The duration of the ceremony is approximately one and a half hours. Out of respect for all ceremony attendees, students and their guests are expected to remain for the entire ceremony.

Ceremony

The ceremony consists of short congratulatory speeches, staff recognition, Socio-Cultural Program awards, presentation of certificates, academic awards and a final presentation.

End of Ceremony

Immediately following the ceremony, there will be a small reception with refreshments. This is an opportunity for graduates to take photos and time to say our good-byes.
