The first release of the new Queen's Finance and procurement system at the end of November 2009 ushered in a series of changes that impacted the way business is done campus-wide. These changes affected anyone who requests, approves, processes or pays for purchases throughout the University.
The new procurement system offers important benefits in terms of efficient access to information, tracking orders, online approvals, electronic distribution of purchase orders, and audit compliance for purchases over $2,000.
