Planning for the transition to the new administrative systems at Queen's includes particular emphasis on helping to ensure system users will have the necessary orientation and skills to perform their roles in the new environment.
Developing mechanisms to support users, both in the weeks immediately following go-live and over the months and years to come, is another significant part of the project plan.
