Documentation Guidelines

Documentation is necessary to establish the presence of a disability and the need for accommodations. The Regional Assessment and Resource Centre (RARC) provides complete psychoeducational and neuropsychological assessment services to any post-secondary students in Eastern Ontario and The Mobile Assessment Team (MAT) provides assessment services to post-secondary students across Southern Ontario.

Queen's University has specific documentation guidelines for students with Learning Disabilities (LD) and Attention Deficit Disorder/Attention Deficit Hyperactviity Disorder (ADD/ADHD).
