Program Eligibility
To be eligible students must:
- Be indentified/diagnosed with a learning disability or ADHD
- Have plans to attend post-secondary within the next two academic years.
- Have daily access to a computer and the internet
Documentation Needed
Students applying to the program need to submit the following:
- Most recent IEP
- Most recent psychoeducational assessment
- Up to date secondary school transcript
- On-Line to Success registration form (PDF 105KB)
