Important information for students receiving 2019-20 OSAP:

  • Students receiving 2019-20 OSAP will automatically receive a deferral of the September 1 tuition due date to September 30.  Payment of fall tuition will not be due until September 30.
  • All or a portion of your OSAP funding will remit directly to Queen’s from OSAP to be applied to your Queen’s SOLUS student account.  The amount of your OSAP to be remitted to Queen’s will not exceed the value of your term tuition, and fees charged (excluding residence charges), unless you have a balance outstanding from a previous academic term.  Please wait until mid-September (once the OSAP payment has been applied to your Queen’s SOLUS student account) before making an online payment for any remaining balance of fees outstanding (if applicable).
  • If you intend to apply for OSAP for 2019-2019 but have not done so yet you are encouraged to apply, and complete, your OSAP application as soon as possible.  A deferral of the tuition due date cannot occur until you have an OSAP assessment confirmed for 2019-20.
  • Undergraduate students, and students in JD or Medicine degree programs do NOT report any scholarships, bursaries, or awards received from Queen’s University.  Queen's University will be reporting all undergraduate scholarships/awards/bursaries to OSAP via another reporting mechanism.
