By Mail (from outside Canada)

Payments by mail are usually made by students living outside Canada.  For those living in Canada, we recommend using online Internet, Telephone, ABTM /ATM banking.

Only money orders, or bank drafts payable to Queen's University (in Canadian or US funds only) will be accepted.

  • Ensure that your name and student number is included for proper processing of your payment.
  • When mailing payments from United States and/or overseas, allow extra time for mailing, approximately 2-3 weeks.
  • To avoid Registration Administration Fees, payments must reach Queen's University, Office of the University Registrar on or before September 1st.
  • Do NOT postdate your cheque.
  • Items returned by your financial institution  for any reason - will be subject to a $40.00 administration fee.
