Payments by Mail 

Payments by mail are usually made by students living outside Canada. For those living in Canada, we recommend using other payment options.

 

Acceptable Payments

   

Only money orders, or bank drafts payable to Queen's University (in Canadian or US funds only) will be accepted.

Processing

   

  • Allow extra time for mailing and processing when using this method of payment.

    Important Notes

     

    1. Ensure that your name and student number is included for proper processing of your payment.

    2. When mailing payments from United States and/or overseas, allow extra time for mailing, approximately 2-3 weeks.

    3. To avoid Registration Administration Fees, payments must reach Queen's University, Office of the University Registrar before September 1st.

    4. Do NOT postdate your cheque.

    5. For other payment deadlines, please refer to Fee Payment Deadlines.

    6. Items returned by your Bank, for any reason, will be subject to a $40.00 administration fee.
