Contact YOUR financial institution to add Queen's University to your Internet, Telephone, and ABM / ATM banking payee list.  For further details, please visit your financial institution's web site.

Setting Queen's University up as a payee;

  1. When setting Queen's University up on your payee list for online banking, do a search just on Queen no ('s').  Some financial institutions utilize the apostrophe 's' and others do not.  Using Queen should bring up Queen's University.  'Queen's University - Tuition Payment' or "Queen's University at Kingston" should display, click to select this choice.
  2. Use your 8 digit student number (i.e. 01234567 or 12345678) as the required / requested account number. Do NOT use your bank account number or Queen's bank account number.
  3. Please be aware that it can take 2 to 4 business days for your payment to reach your Queen's student account.  Ensure you process your payments in time to meet your fee due dates.
