Queen's New Grading System

Backgrounder:
In May of 2009, the Queen's University Senate approved the adoption of a new grading system based on letter grades and a numerical grade point average (GPA).
This new system will be implemented in two phases - the first starting in the Winter 2011 term.
To help answer your questions as to how this new system will affect the reporting of your grades and your academic standing, we have provided an outline of the new legend, as well as a list of answers to questions you might have .
