Confidentiality and the Release of Information
Consistent with the University's Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Guidelines, and Student and Applicant Record Policy, student information collected and recorded by the University is considered confidential and will be released only to the student concerned and University staff, on a need-to-know basis. Students are asked when they register on QCARD what information they want published in the Who's Where student directory.
Parents
We cannot release any information to you about your children without their express written consent. Students can indicate the release of their information on QCARD.
