2.      ‘Exam Schedule’ will be the 11th menu item listed. Click on it, then click on the ‘Go’ icon;

3.      From this screen, you will be able to view your Exam Timetable listing any centrally scheduled exam sittings

** Please note that the schedule lists only exam times.  Information on exam locations will be added to the schedule in mid-March **

Before you write…

 Before you arrive to write your exam, please be aware of the following rules:

  • You will need your Student Photo ID Card to gain admittance to the exam hall. A $50.00 fine will be applied to those who do not bring their card.

  • Use of communication devices (e.g. cell phones, smartphones, media players, earphones, headsets etc.) and electronic devices with memory capabilities or web-access are prohibited during examinations.   All electronic devices must be turned off and placed underneath the candidate’s seat.

  • Handbags, purses, and book bags are also not permitted.

You will be required to remain seated until your exam paper has been collected by the Proctors.

If you finish your exam under the allocated duration time, and before the last 15 minutes of the exam, you may raise your hand to indicate you are ready for the exam to be picked up. After your exam has been collected, you may leave the hall.

Students remaining within 15 minutes of the end of the exam duration will be required to remain seated until the very end of that exam period.  Proctors will then pick up all remaining exam papers from students at their desks.

Once all papers have been collected the hall will be officially dismissed by the Chief Proctor.

The University assumes no responsibility for any personal property lost in or near any examination hall.

 We wish you all the very best in your exams - Good luck!

Sincerely,
