To facilitate a transition of our registration and fee payment processes at the University, the Office of the University Registrar has delayed applying service charges during the Fall 2011 term. Effective for the Winter 2012 term, the University will resume applying service charges monthly to accounts with balances owing, starting in February, 2012.
Students with any fees owing in February will now be assessed a service charge of 0.5% per month on the outstanding amount (Bank of Canada prime rate plus 3.00% per annum, divided by 12).
These charges will not be applied retroactively.
