Do not transfer money to them or provide personal information. You are advised to hang up and report the call to the police. Learn more.

December 2019 Exams

Your December exam schedule has been posted in SOLUS. Don’t forget to bring your Queen’s student photo ID to every exam! Learn more about Queen’s exam regulations here.

Students writing with accommodation should refer to the emails sent since November 4 for date, time and location. Accommodated exams do not appear in SOLUS.

Students are strongly encouraged to leave all non-exam essential items, including phones and other electronics, at home. The University assumes no responsibility for any personal property lost in or near any examination hall.

Have funding for winter term but not sure if it will arrive before the Jan 10th due date?

You can apply for an Alternate Payment Arrangement before December 15th. Find out who should apply, and how to apply, for an APA.

Queen’s General Bursary

2019-20 General Bursary decisions will be posted on SOLUS late December.  All bursaries are paid to the students’ accounts. If your student account is paid in full, a refund will automatically be issued to you in early February via electronic funds transfer. Please ensure that your banking information is up-to-date on SOLUS.

Important information for students receiving 2019-20 OSAP:

Students receiving 2019-2020 OSAP have a January 31st winter tuition due date.

All or a portion of your OSAP funding will remit directly to Queen’s from OSAP to be applied to your Queen’s SOLUS student account (usually in early January).

Please wait until mid-January (or once the OSAP payment has been applied to your Queen’s SOLUS student account) before making an online payment for any remaining balance of fees outstanding (if applicable).
