Welcome to the Office of the University Registrar                                      

To improve our service to you, the reception desks for Student Awards and Records & Services have been unified. If you are a current student, we will be happy to serve you from the new combined reception desk on the ground floor of Gordon Hall, Room 125 beginning Monday, March 3rd.

 

Our e-mail addresses and phone extensions will remain the same.

The Office of the University Registrar will be closed on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. for staff meetings.  In addition, the Office will be closed between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on the following dates for cross-office meetings:

Granting authorization to release Academic / Financial Information
Your academic and financial information is protected by Ontario government law (FIPPA) and by University Senate policy. Students wishing the University to release their information to an individual, including a parent, or to an agency external to the University, may do so through SOLUS. Click here to learn how.
