Dates and Deadlines

  • December 1-Jan 1            Payment Plan enrollment for Winter term
  • January 1                            Winter Term begins.
  • January 8                            Winter Term classes begin.
  • January 10                          Tuition fees due in full for Winter term.
  • January 10                          January payment plan withdrawal date
  • January 19                          Last day to drop a winter term course for full refund.
  • January 31                          Winter term Residence fees and balance of fees due.

 

Photo ID Student Card

If you are attending Queen’s as a new student beginning in January and are taking courses on-campus you will require a photo ID student card.  Learn More

 

Fall Term Grades on Official Transcripts

Not receiving Government Student Financial Assistance this year, but have in the past?

Complete the correct Continuation of Interest-Free Status and/or Confirmation of Enrolment forms to ensure you are not required to begin making payments on your previous government loans.

If you missed the October 31 deadline, don’t worry, you can still apply!  The General Bursary link is on your SOLUS Student Centre.  Learn More

 

Expecting funding to pay for Winter term, but it may arrive after the Jan 10 due date?

Be sure to apply for an Alternate Payment Arrangement before December 15. Refer to Learn more about who should apply, and how to apply for an APA.

 

Graduate Students: Returning from a Leave of Absence? 

You will not be able to self-enroll into the payment plan on SOLUS.  Please complete and submit this form and send the Office of the University Registrar at  fees@queensu.ca.

 

Graduate Students: Beginning your graduate studies in January? 

You can self-enroll in the payment plan December 1-Jan 1. Learn more.

 

Graduate Students: Already enrolled in the fall/winter payment plan? 

No need to enroll into the winter payment plan.

 

Spring 2018 Graduation! 

If you will be completing your degree requirements in order to graduate in Spring 2018 you may apply.  For your timeline and for more information related to Convocation, click here.
