The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) is here to provide service to you and have adjusted our services to online delivery in an effort to help reduce the global spread of the COVID-19 virus. Inquiries can be directed as follows:

If you wish to submit a request to have a form completed (i.e. CPP) or request a letter (i.e. degree certificate) please visit for easy and complete instructions on how to submit the Document Request Form. 

We remain committed to providing service to you and will respond to your request as soon as possible.


Do we have your current address and telephone number in SOLUS?

Are you are graduating and want your diploma shipped directly to you? Do you require other forms / documents from the Office of the University Registrar? Having your current mailing address and telephone number up-to-date in SOLUS ensures you get what you need without delay. You can update your information by logging into SOLUS and following the steps on our information page:  


Your Winter 2020 classes and grades:

The deadline for dropping Winter term and multi-term courses without academic penalty has been extended to May 20th.

We would encourage you to view your final grades before deciding to drop a class.  Normally, you would view your grades using the drop-down menu in SOLUS.  However, once final grades are entered, and prior to May 22, you may view your grades by following these instructions: 

If you are accessing OSAP - or the equivalent in another Canadian province or territory, or US Student Loans, please consider the government regulations before you decide to drop a course(s). Information is available on the Student Awards website.


Did you apply to graduate in Spring 2020?  Don’t forget to check the status of your application!

Check your SOLUS account to determine whether your application to graduate has been approved. Click here, and review Step 4.

Students will graduate and degrees will be conferred.  Watch for further updates from the Principal available on the web site at

The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) – Student Awards is here to provide service to you.  The Student Awards Office administers a comprehensive range of financial aid programs.  Information from Government Student Assistance to Queen's scholarships, bursaries, and work programs can be found on the Student Awards webpage here.

Are you a graduating student who has received OSAP? 

You will be required to begin repayment of government student financial assistance six months after you cease full-time studies.  Learn more here.
