Fall 2010 Convocation Information
Guests at Convocation Information
- Please note that due to space constraints at Fall 2010 convocation ceremonies, each graduating student is limited to 4 gurests.
- Questions about this matter should be directed to the Office of the University Registrar at graduand@queensu.ca.

Apply to Graduate (on QCARD)
On the Application to Graduate/Graduation Details site (on QCARD) you can;
- Apply to Graduate. Check your timeline to apply at Application Windows for Faculties and Schools.
- View / Change submitted application.
- View / Change convocation attendance.
- Check degree eligibility status.
- Review the Senate Policy on Names -- name change deadlilne is September 30, 2010. Please see our Name Change form.
- Learn who your academic advice contact is.
- Double check the date of your convocation and learn more about the ceremony (i.e. hood and gown rental).
- Learn who to contact if you are receiving 2 degrees from 2 different faculties and wish to attend only one ceremony.
